Our Shipping Address: We accept computer repair requests from anywhere inside the continental United States or from APO return shipping addresses.

2.) Back up your fata, remove CDs/DVDs before shipping computer.
3.) Do not ship mouse, monitor, keyboard, docking station or laptop bag.
4.) Only send power cord when shipping laptops.
5.) Use anti-static cushion material while preparing to ship computer.
6.) Purchase shipping insurance for the documentable value of the computer.
7.) Don't wait till computer is completely dead before shipping it in for repair.
