Small Business PC Maintenance Service Agreements.

Let's say that your company is too small to hire your own IT Department staff but you still need your computers to work properly. If your computers aren't working properly, or not at all, ineficiency or down time costs you money in lost revenue. A PC service agreement for your company is a very cost efficient way to keep your computers working efficiently.

Computers require constant maintenance and oversight if they are going to continue to work properly. If no one oversees the wellness of the computers, then they are not going to work properly over the course of time.

The core concept of an IT Department is to have a small number of technically trained staff memvers take care of any many computers as is realistically possible in order to a.) keep the business operations functioning (money coming in) by keeping the computers running, and b.) keep the labor costs low (money going out) in the interest of profitability for the company.

Our goal in delivering a PC service agreement package to our customers is to stay on top of the computer maintenance to the point where virtually nothing ever seems to go wrong with the machines because things are "fixed before they break" (so to speak).

In order to achieve that goal, it takes a very well thought out plan and lot of work implementing that plan in order for any IT Department to produce such a healthy network of computers.

A FieldDesktopSupport.com PC service agreement provides:

- Initial system examinations and basic servicing to ensure machines are brought up to peak operational status.

$25.00/week ($108.00 monthly) service agreement subscription fee. (Covers up to 5 machines in a single office location.)

Tier 2 discounted service call flat rate of $50.00 per incident. (Defined as any service call that can not be resolved over the phone in 20 minutes or less or requires one on-site visit from a technician.) Cost of parts not included. Unauthorized computer system changes (eg. made by a company employee) will require a Tier 2 service call fee to restore.

Tier 3 discounted service call flat rate of $80.00 per incident. (Defined as any service call that can not be resolved on-site in two hours or less.) Tier 3 service calls typically require that the PC be removed for repair and returned within one business week. The cost of any parts required for the service call are not included.
